Journaling is a great way to release stress and explore your mental health. We will be posting journal prompts to inspire your healing journey. 

  • Make a list of 10 energy drainers and energy givers in your life.

  • How often are you present during the day?

  • Write about a past struggle that you overcame, how has it made you stronger?

  • What situations trigger your anxiety and what can you do to make them more comfortable?

  • Is there anybody negatively affecting your mental health? Why?

  • What are you looking forward to this month?

  • What are you proud of yourself for today?

  • Think about something that has been stressing you out/negatively affecting you mentally recently. What would you say to a friend for advice if they were going through the same thing?

  • When do you feel most tired and when do you feel most energized? Pay attention to locations, people, etc. 

  • Make a list of positive affirmations for yourself 

  • What makes you feel powerful? What makes you feel powerless?

  • What things/thoughts do you need to let go of?

  • What is your best and worst quality? Why are they “good” or “bad”?

  • What was the most prominent emotion you felt today? Why?

  • What boundaries do you need to set/enforce in your life?

  • What are some things about yourself that you often overlook?

  • Write a letter to someone who has hurt you or someone you have hurt. 

  • What effects does toxic positivity have on you?

  • If you hit a low point or run into conflict, how do you want to deal with it?
